1The product or component has surpassed the warranty period, except in cases where the product is covered by an extended quality assurance service.
2. The product has not been installed as per our guidelines or has been used beyond the applicable scope defined by our company. Issues arising from failure to operate according to our company's manual and requirements, or from application in unsuitable environments (e.g., extreme temperatures, corrosive atmospheres, or physical impact) will also be excluded.
3The breakdown or damage caused by unauthorized installation, repair, modification, or disassembly performed by anyone other than our company's after-sales personnel or designated service agents, except for third-party agencies explicitly entrusted by the company.
